A Painless SHOPPING TRIP IS
I make it out of the store in a reasonable amount of time, given my list.
I don't feel like I'm caught in a pinball machine,
bouncing from one end of the store to the other and back again.
Before I reach the register, I know roughly how much I'm spending.
That amount will be within my budget
At the register, I don't feel the least bit guilty.
I leave the store ready to go home and prepare my meal(s)
because I have the energy.
