Father's Day Menu: Breakfast and Lunch

Often times, on special occasions I think "Dinner" and completely forget we need to eat breakfast and lunch too.

We thought we'd share a few of our recent breakfast, lunch, and in-between favorites - leaving you free to focus on the main dish and dessert of your Father's Day Menu.

Creamy Lemon Blueberry Crepes

Lunch  |  Croissants
As Sandwich Bread
Croissants from Costco
Add your favorite sliced meats and cheeses, and a sprinkle of Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil.

Artichoke Dip + Chips

Snack  |  Polenta [ground cornmeal]
Topped With Marinara Sauce
I tried my first slice of pan fried [Organic] Polenta at Trader Joe's and bought both the Polenta and the jar of marinara sauce on the spot. Slice Polenta into rounds and pan fry in a bit of oil/butter. Spoon a bit of warmed marinara sauce onto each round. Gluten free, vegan, and kosher.

Dinner Salad  |  Pear + Blue Cheese
The above ingredients tossed into a mixture of Green Leaf and Red Leaf Lettuce.

Drink  |  Favorite Sparkling Punch
